Yoga (YMCA)

Yoga has been used for centuries to create strength in the body and calm in the mind. It includes a series of traditional poses that focus on aligning the body to build strong joints and muscles. Balance work is included to challenge ones focus, and with meditation and breath work an overall feeling of wellness is achieved. Yoga is a state of mind that inspires us to believe that anything is possible. The only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves. In this workshop students will experience the joy of Yoga and tap into the transformation that is possible in their lives.
